Shipping policy
Our goal is to ship your order as soon as reasonably possible, and to keep our shipping rates fair and competitive. Shipping services are constantly updating their standard rates, adding fuel surcharges, and implementing additional fees during peak shipping times such as Christmas. We will do our best to offer economical rate options.
General Shipping Procedures:
- Our goal is to ship orders for in-stock items within two (2) business days, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
- Orders are shipped using reputable national/international carriers, primarily UPS®, FedEx®, or USPS®.
- All orders will receive a tracking number and it will be sent to you by email or text promptly upon shipment
- You will have the opportunity to select your preferred carrier and delivery speed during checkout. When you select a promotional shipping rate that does not specify the carrier, we reserve the right to select the carrier used at our sole discretion.
- When Standard Ground Shipping is selected, please note that this service level does not have a guaranteed delivery date. Any estimated delivery date provided by the carrier is strictly an estimate based on their normal transit times. Any delivery changes or delays caused by a shipping partner are out of our control and we will not be liable for missed delivery dates under any circumstances. In the event that we caused the delay, we will make it right
- It is your responsibility to enter all shipping names, address, Suite # or Apartment # info, City, State, and Zip code completely and correctly. We are not liable for incorrectly entered shipping details and will not replace shipments lost due to incorrect or incomplete information entered by the customer.

Shipping Promotions
From time to time, we may offer promotional shipping rates. Promotional shipping rates are offered at our sole discretion and are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- When available, shipping promotions will be offered only on eligible orders as published on the website. Eligibility will be clearly published in banners, pop-ups, and/or other common site messages.
- Shipping promotions will apply only during specified time periods and will not be applied retroactively to orders before or after the stated promotional period.
- Shipping promotions have no cash value and will not be exchanged for product discounts, discounts on other shipping methods, or refunds of any kind.
