Refund & Return Policy

Purchases may be returned for thirty (30) days after your order for refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that have been used, worn, or altered in any way may not be returned.

Gift Cards may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

To return an item, you must email us via the Contact Us page and reference your Order Number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for returning the item. We will then issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. This will expedite your refund or exchange. Sending back a return without a RA # will delay the refund or exchange process.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When your return is confirmed to be in its new, unused condition in original condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your financial institution determines the processing time to fully apply the refund to your account. Refunds usually post to your account in 2-3 days but can take up to 10 days with some payment providers.


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items in the "Sale" section of the website cannot be refunded.


Items may be exchanged up to thirty (30) days after the date of original purchase. Like returns for refund, items sent back for exchange must be in new, original, and unused condition. Exchanges can be made for other items of equal value. If you would like to exchange for items of lesser or greater value, we reserve the right to refund your original order and create a new order for the alternate items.


Please follow these steps to make a return:

  • Visit the Contact Us page to submit your order information. We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Pack up your returned items, preferably in the original shipping box. Include the original packing slip if possible.
  • Write the RA# we provided to you on the outside of the box with a marker.
  • Ship the package back using a reputable shipping service such as UPS®, FedEx®, or USPS®. Select a shipping service that gives you a tracking number. We are not responsible for shipments that have no tracking number and get lost in transit to our return processing facility.

You are responsible  the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
